The collected data highlighted a business landscape dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises, with diversified interest in logistics and industrial spaces in Călărași and Ialomița counties.
The analysis identified significant differences between counties: in Ialomița and Călărași, the average rented area exceeds 1,400 sqm, compared to only 430 sqm in surrounding counties. This discrepancy suggests distinct operational needs and opens opportunities for developing infrastructure adapted to local requirements.
The predominant presence of operational spaces highlighted a clear need for functional and efficient infrastructure: from logistics spaces for storage and distribution, to industrial spaces for production and assembly.
