TBI Bank wanted to identify the notoriety of its brand in the Romanian market, among consumers of financial products and services. To better understand their customers, who they are, what they want and what they expect, TBI Bank delegated MKOR Consulting to conduct a quantitative study.

The purpose of the research was to uncover insights regarding the awareness of TBI Bank has among brand users and non-users, core and target population, brand promoters or detractors.

We chose a Brand Tracker study for our client. The project was carried out in two stages, in November 2021 and January 2022.

Financial products and services used by Romanian consumers

In the first stage of the project, we identified the financial products and services used by the Romanian public, the reasons they use these services, how they perceive the TBI Bank brand, what is their level of satisfaction and benchmarked competitors.

In the second stage of the project, we measured the awareness of a certain product of our client, the satisfaction of its customers, how it is positioned against competitors, and the effectiveness of its marketing communication.

  • Brand perception among consumers in the target market

This study involved primary research, collecting data directly from the source through an online opinion survey.
