Consequently, the main objectives of this research focused on identifying the eating out habits of the people of Ploiești concerning where they eat in the city, their willingness to consume burgers, identifying the optimal area for opening a restaurant in Ploiești, as well as gathering information on the main channels of information used by consumers when looking for a place to dine in the city.

The research targeted the opinions of women and men aged between 20 and 40 and was conducted online using a survey of the opinions of the residents of Ploiești.
