From the collaboration between MKOR and Edenred, resulted a complex satisfaction study that involved studying the three steakholder segments the company interacts with directly as well as indirectly:
- business clients
- affiliates
- Ticket Restaurant card users
The study lasted 3 months and included online questionnaires for each of the three respondents categories, two of them being segmented by the target market.
This distribution helped identifying some opinion differences between respondents, which facilitated the implementation of changes suitable for the needs of each segment.
