MKOR’s marker research for Clever Taxi consisted of a complex methodology of conducting two researches with similar objectives, but with different respondents.
Thus, the research targeted both the general population using taxi services and their own users of the Clever Taxi application, in order to improve their services.
Satisfaction research for people living in large cities
We wanted to get a better understanding of people’s traveling habits in the city, along with motivations for chosing certain means of transport.
Brand awareness research for own users
As for the report that targeted the users of the Clever Taxi application, it aimed to deepen the understanding of the preferences for the means of transport used and the motivations behind people’s usage of certain e-hailing apps.
Based on our research, Clever has been able to deeply understand the traveling habits of people living in large cities and the users of their e-hailing app, getting access to insightful data about users demographics profiles, traveling motives, brand perception, how satisfied they are when using their services and customer perceived differentiators.
