To provide a more accurate picture of the labor market availability in the area of interest, the MKOR team compiled more extensive databases obtained from official sources such as the National Institute of Statistics (INS) and the National Office for Medicinal Plants and Beekeeping Products (ANOFM).

Additionally, to determine labor demand and salary offerings, an office research was conducted using databases from recruitment agencies.

With the information obtained, MKOR consultants outlined a series of recommendations regarding the labor force availability in the area, the type of employee sought, and the job offers available in the relevant domain.

As a result, CT Park has benefited from current and relevant information in the context of development in the area of interest.

CT Park Recommendation

Recently, we conducted a labor market study in the logistics and warehousing field together with MKOR. I recommend them as being professional, committed, attentive to client needs, and prompt in fully honoring contracts. I can honestly say that it was one of the most enjoyable collaborations, and I greatly appreciate the fact that we had very smooth and natural communication with Corina and her team.
