In recent years, HR specialists in Romania have noticed the need for a complete picture of the labor market in our country. The Romania’s Favourite Employers study addresses this exact need through an in-depth analysis of employer brand awareness.
For the fifth edition of the study, the team at Inspire Group decided to co-opt us to help them find out details about the most loved employers in Romania and their image on the labor market.
Romania’s Favorite Employers is the market study that provides employers with information regarding their external image, being conducted across all age categories and career levels, representative at a national level.
Respondents range from graduating students looking for a job to top managers. The study provides a complete diagnosis for 220 companies in Romania, with companies being able to opt for personalized reports to find out their own employer brand position relative to main competitors or the entire industry.
