The collaboration between MKOR Consulting and IULIUS started with a series of happy events, and from 2019 we are their proud research partners (read about how we met).

At the end of 2019, IULIUS wanted to understand how to improve its services to business customers. Thus, it conducted a B2B satisfaction study, with MKOR as a research partner.

The invitations were sent by email, and the IULIUS team had access to an MKOR BI dashboard, through which they could track data collection in real-time. Moreover, we introduced in the dashboard the monitoring of some performance indicators, available instantly, long before the delivery of the final report.
