The holidays are coming! Traditions, whether old or new, always bring us joy during the cold season. The snow, the carols, the office parties, and family dinners are unique moments we look forward to every year.
At the same time, the winter holidays mark the end of the year, a good time to evaluate projects and outline future plans. Our team has already done this, and we are proud that during 2018 we managed to achieve the following:
- We **expanded our team** with a new research specialist, a PhD in sociology, and a junior data analyst. We welcome Bianca and Radu. Read about us on the new page dedicated to the team.
- We have **a new website**, which is bilingual. This is a long-term process that is still ongoing. We look forward to your feedback regarding our new site on the contact page.
- We **expanded our client portfolio** and proudly say that we have gained experience in new fields: automotive, labor market, IT, financial services, fashion, construction, food, FMCG, transport services, innovation and R&D, and strategy. See what we had to offer each client within the case studies.
- We automated processes and thus **increased the satisfaction** of those who come into contact with us, especially the panel respondents. The page dedicated to the panel contains several screenshots of what respondents have to say about their interaction with us.
- We have entered into new strategic partnerships, and now we have the capacity to conduct **international studies**.
- We launched **6 new proprietary studies**. In fact, these studies reflect the major themes that dominated this year:
- Digital Marketing Trends – Stay with us to receive the **2019 trends**!
- Study out of Love – We celebrated Valentine’s Day with a study dedicated to the celebration of love (Valentine’s Day or Dragobete?).
- The Impact of GDPR in Romanian Companies – This year the new **GDPR** legislation came into force, and we found out how prepared companies were for this paradigm shift.
- The Impact of Market Research in Romanian Companies – Did you know that the estimated impact of market research on turnover is 29%?
- Ambassador Brands of Romania – We aimed to identify those brands that successfully **represent Romania** abroad.
- Preference for Romanian Products – In the **centenary year**, we put Romanian products in the spotlight.
- We have **new appearances in the press**, participations in TV shows, and numerous industry events. Find out which of our studies caught the public’s attention on the press appearances page.
It was a year full of business challenges, which we handled exemplarily (at least that’s what our clients’ feedback shows). From every experience and every project, we learned a new approach, developed a skill, and thus became better. We aim to exponentially increase our growth rate in the coming year.
