Marketing Strategy – Legoteca

The Legoteca project is very dear to us because of the people involved, but also for the professional challenge it brought us. Since we approached a new business, the marketing strategy was very comprehensively developed, including the sales strategy, branding, and the website. The novelty element for us was the design of the website.

In addition to the appearance, our specialists paid increased attention to technical conditions such as SEO optimization, mobile-friendliness, or usability (UX). Thus, we ensured that the business’s online presence would be productive and generate conversions.

The beauty market is not entirely foreign to us. During 2016, we conducted two own studies targeting this type of market: Bucharest Fashion Retail Market Study and Romania’s Online Fashion Market Study 2016.

But unlike the fashion niche, the beauty one has its own specifics, and we managed to capture them.

The opportunity study aimed to identify the optimal locations for opening a new beauty salon concept in Bucharest, as well as identifying the challenges and opportunities specific to the beauty market.

Employer Branding Study – Romania’s Favorite Employers

The work put into this project was intense, but with matching results. Romania’s Favorite Employers was certainly one of the projects that demanded the tenacity and attention to detail of our specialists.

The “Romania’s Favorite Employers” study consists of a complete diagnosis for 220 companies in Romania, with companies opting for personalized reports from which they learned their own employer brand position, in relation to main competitors or the entire industry.

“Romania’s Favorite Employers” targeted:

  • 220 companies analyzed in detail;
  • 16 industries;
  • 20 cities;
  • 20 personalized analysis criteria for each company;
  • 2 competitors analyzed in detail for each employer.

Awareness Study – Chicken Brand

The Awareness Study targeted a Romanian chicken brand, with beginnings dating back to the communist period. On the verge of rebranding, the research results helped the specialists we collaborated with understand Romanians’ preferences regarding chicken meat consumption, especially for the targeted brand.
