In autumn, we reap the rewards of our work, and we invite you to discover them through a series of business events.
During the summer, we enjoyed some vacation time, but we also worked on several self-developed studies; now the time has come to share the results with you, which we will present at various conferences.
To start, discover the topics we will address, and then decide which events match your preferences.
If you wish to skip directly to one of the event presentations, please consult the following table.

Note: we will update this post as the events take place and add the recordings as we receive them.
The Profile of the Leader in Romania
The presentations at most events are based on the qualitative study we conducted in July-August 2017, on a sample of 650 Romanian leaders.
The presentations will offer a new and in-depth perspective on leaders within organizations, whether they are middle, top, or general managers.
The profile includes the values they believe in, the characteristics and habits they think a successful manager should have, the main challenges they face, and much more.
Launching a Successful Business
MKOR specialists have the experience that allows them, at this stage, to offer expert advice to those starting their business journey.
Therefore, all relevant information for a young entrepreneur has been aggregated to develop what we call LBS or Launching a Successful Business.
The novelty of our approach lies in the inclusion of other tools (Minimum Viable Audience – MVA), which play a complementary role and can significantly reduce the risks specific to an early-stage business.
Book your spot!
Below, you will find listed in chronological order the events and conferences where we will be present.
In addition to the topics we proposed, we invite you to browse the list; you might find relevant information for your area of interest.
And if you would like to meet us to discuss more about common interests, do not hesitate to write to us.
