We listen to each other’s ideas and aren’t afraid to express them, because there will always be someone among us honest enough to tell us the truth about whether our idea is brilliant or not.

Continuous Learning

Since we work in a research agency, it’s in our nature to be curious and want to quench our thirst for knowledge. That’s why every month we have a “Learning points” meeting, where we share what we’ve learned from recent projects.

At every meeting, one of us is designated to give a presentation on the latest business or personal development book they’ve read, with relevant information on how it can help us in our daily activities. This helps us realize where we are and where we want to go.

Access to books and professional development courses is provided.

Outings and Relaxation

After the monthly Learning Points meeting (every last Friday of the month), the person delegated with the presentation has one more responsibility: choosing the restaurant where the whole team will have lunch. After lunch, the rest of the day is off.

Flexibility

Whether it’s about the work schedule or choosing to work from home or a cafe, we have this option open at any time.

Perseverance and Passion (GRIT)

Of course, not all projects go perfectly, and when challenges arise, we mobilize and overcome them together. We accept when we have a problem, we don’t give up, and we solve it together. We never look for “who’s to blame,” but rather how we can resolve the situation as proactively as possible and what we can learn from the experience.

Fun & Responsible Activities

Twice a year, we go on team buildings to broaden our horizons through strategic growth workshops, classic barbecues, and hiking.

We bring home-cooked food to our colleagues at the office, encourage civic spirit, and get actively involved whenever we feel it’s necessary.

Diversity

We are different and consider this irreplaceable. Each of us has personal and professional experience that brings original perspectives and solutions to the discussion table.

To prove our dedication to this principle, at the beginning of this year we signed the Diversity Charter.
