MKOR Consulting will contribute with expertise

During the conference, Corina will talk about employee loyalty, stability, and expectations, using two studies conducted with MKOR expertise as a starting point.

Romania’s Favorite Employers 2017

The study Romania’s Favourite Employers 2017, launched by Inspire Group through MKOR Consulting’s expertise, between January and February of this year.

Romania’s Favorite Employers provides employers with information regarding their external image, being a study conducted across all career levels, from unskilled workers and students to top managers.

Preliminary data shows that two out of five respondents (40%) intend to change their job in the next 12 months, and the main reason driving them is career advancement.

Our research also shows that most of those who have been promoted at least 4-5 times in the last five years are at higher hierarchical levels, while 51% of those in entry-level positions have never been promoted in the last five years, as shown in a Wall-Street article.

More results and the study’s conclusions will be presented during the HR 2.0 2017 Conference.

Why do you love your job?

MKOR Consulting will also present the preliminary results of the in-house qualitative study titled, simply, Why do you love your job? The study aims to find out what makes people love their job, information that is otherwise important for any employer seeking employee loyalty.

Corina will present for the first time a series of key findings of the study related to employee loyalty, stability, and expectations. Furthermore, the MKOR founder will talk about the benefits expected by employees, how loyal they are, and how willing they are to leave in favor of other benefits.
