On November 27th, MKOR turned 7!

The first 7 years of upbringing, as we like to say.

7 years in which we have evolved, worked together, rejoiced together, faced obstacles together, and overcome them hand in hand, encouraging each other.

We are a team of experts prepared for the highest objectives and we set the boldest goals. We want to be better, and the competition is with ourselves, not with others.

As Corina’s motto says:

Be better than yesterday, not than them! 😉

We are constantly evolving and are proud of our projects, and we consider the clients who cross our virtual threshold an important part of what MKOR means.

The MKOR Family

Behind the business, MKOR is a true family. We know, it sounds a bit like a cliché and you might have read this elsewhere, but here, in our office, the morning starts with a good coffee.

The whole office is enveloped in an inviting aroma while we open our laptops and organize our to-do lists. We work together in the truest sense of the word, so if you find us gathered at one of our colleagues’ desks, it means we have joined forces to overcome an obstacle. We also have funny moments, so you might catch us laughing heartily, with a grin from ear to ear.

At lunch, we eat together, then continue working for our clients, as well as for our own projects. We won’t hide the fact that sometimes we need to stay overtime, but we mobilize and build teams that work efficiently so that we maintain our good mood and the desire to deliver great results.

When we close our laptops and get ready to go home, we know we have successfully completed a workday. That’s why you can always see us leaving the office with a smile on our faces.

The Team Has Grown

We couldn’t do it all without a little help, so we spread the word that we were looking for fresh forces and sharp minds.

It didn’t take long for our wish to come true.

That’s how we welcomed Carmen, Cristina, and Ana with open arms, who brought their knowledge and desire to evolve along with us.

• Carmen is the communication and marketing specialist, joining our team in the summer of 2019. We noticed she is attentive to details, loves the digital pen, and has an endless appetite for knowledge. She is involved in projects that require desk research and firmly believes she can find information in the most hidden places. We’ve learned over time that she is passionate about cars, paints in her spare time, and writes on her personal blog.
• Cristina is a Junior Data Analyst and started with an internship in the fall of 2019, later becoming a full part of the MKOR family. She came with a bursting energy that livened up our office even more. We all realized that “impossible” does not exist for Cristina. She functions like a Google Sheet: organized and calculated, having a structure for every day of her life. She is passionate about baking and skincare.
• Ana is a Data Analyst and also joined the MKOR family this fall. Ana is the puzzle piece that fit perfectly into the MKOR landscape, having a high appetite for data analysis, which she reads like stories carrying emotions and reasoning. Ana joined our team when we were facing a large and complex project, but she kept her calm and sharpness, saying: “Alright then. Let’s figure it out!”. Ana is passionate about canine psychology, likes to paint, and go camping.

So, we welcome our three colleagues and know that together we will build an MKOR more beautiful than yesterday!

We Moved Into a New Home

The First 7 Years of Upbringing

The first 7 years were neither easy nor difficult, but challenging. After 7 years, MKOR means even more passion for research and consultancy. MKOR means the Market Opportunity Research agency that dozens of large companies, NGOs, and startups have chosen to work with.

MKOR started from passion and continues to grow, being nurtured by the dedication of the team behind it: both as experts prepared for the highest objectives and as people who put a part of their soul into every project that contributes to MKOR’s evolution. Because we like to believe that, beyond our professional experience, we are people who love what they do 👍.
