The website specializes in market research services and online opinion surveys, as well as consumer statistics for both end consumers and industrial buyers of products and services in the Romanian and international markets.
Users of this website are expressly prohibited from using the site or its provided services for uploading, downloading, publishing, or transmitting any content that is illegal, contrary to public decency and public order (e.g., defamatory, offensive, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene content that infringes on the privacy of others, incites violence, or promotes racial, ethnic, or intimidating hatred).
This document establishes the contractual terms and conditions applicable to all purchases made through the mkor.ro website and its subdomains, in accordance with the provisions of OUG no. 34/2014, which implements at the national level the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council from October 25, 2011, regarding consumer rights in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

If these Terms and Conditions are updated, MKOR will inform clients/respondents, and continued use of MKOR’s services will only be permitted under the new agreed Terms and Conditions.
4. Customer Registration
When submitting a request on the site, the buyer implicitly agrees to the method by which MKOR will communicate order-related details (notifications) via email and phone. Buyers may also opt for additional notification methods, such as SMS. The contract is deemed valid once the buyer receives notification of order shipment from MKOR via email or rapid courier.
Registering on the site, placing an order, or submitting a request implies the buyer’s or customer’s agreement to the Terms and Conditions and the manner in which MKOR communicates order and offer-related details.
To place an order or submit a request, individuals must be over the age of 18 and register on the site by providing their email address, name, surname, date of birth, phone number, and company name (if applicable). Some details may be optional.
The customer is solely responsible for the consequences of using the site, including any material, intellectual, electronic, or other types of damages caused, in accordance with applicable legislation. MKOR reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the site or order placement if it believes a customer’s actions could cause harm. In such cases, the customer may contact MKOR’s Customer Relations Department for resolution.
MKOR is not liable under any circumstances for customers registering with or using false or incorrect information regarding their age.
MKOR may publish product availability information on the site within a specific timeframe and within the limits of available stock. MKOR reserves the right to update or correct this information.
All materials related to the description of products, services, and offers available on the site (static/dynamic images, multimedia content, etc.) are for informational purposes only and do not represent a contractual obligation by the seller.
Please note that discrepancies or errors may exist regarding the information presented on the site.
5. Online Ordering
To place an online order on the site, the customer/buyer must follow these steps:
- Navigate to an area of interest on the site.
- Access a contact form on the respective page.
- Complete the contact form and submit it to MKOR for request processing.
- Note that the confirmation message for order initiation does not constitute order acceptance by MKOR. Acceptance occurs after MKOR sends a confirmation email and payment of an advance for the start of the contractual process. The contract applies only to the products listed in the communication between MKOR and the client.
Prices displayed on the site are informative and may be modified unilaterally by MKOR. Any price modifications made by MKOR will not affect confirmed orders. Prices do not include delivery costs.
By completing an order, the customer confirms that all the information provided is accurate and complete, as required for the purchasing process.
Each order placed on the site is assigned a unique order number, which can be used for communication with MKOR to monitor progress or to modify the contract in cases where it cannot be finalized due to external circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it can only be modified at the express request of the client and with MKOR’s approval.
Placing an order implies the customer’s acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products and/or services offered.
MKOR reserves the right to cancel an order after prior notification to the customer without obligation or liability for damages in the following cases:
- The issuing bank of the buyer’s card does not approve the transaction for online payments.
- The payment transaction is invalidated by MKOR’s payment processor.
- Data provided by the client/buyer on the site is incomplete and/or incorrect.
6. Payment Methods and Pricing
The price and payment methods are specified for each order. The selling price of products and/or services is the one in effect at the time of placing the order, expressed in EUR, invoiced at the daily BNR exchange rate, and excluding VAT. MKOR conducts operations in LEI and does not apply additional fees or markups for transactions related to orders.
However, for transactions involving international processing (due to payment processors or banks located in other countries), certain costs may arise for the buyer, such as exchange rate differences or international transaction fees. For card payments, if the debited amount from the buyer’s card differs from the displayed price at the time of checkout, we recommend the buyer contact their card-issuing bank for more details regarding exchange fees and charges. For further assistance with such issues, please contact MKOR at [email protected].
Upon the buyer’s request, MKOR may issue and send a fiscal invoice related to the order, provided that all necessary details are supplied in compliance with the law. The fiscal invoice will be sent in physical format and delivered to the buyer after the order is placed. All product sales are invoiced exclusively in LEI.
The buyer has two available payment options for online orders: bank transfer and online payment via card (using Netopia Payments)
For online card payments (Visa Classic/Electron, MasterCard, Maestro), the client will be redirected to a secure payment page. Only cards issued by Romanian or international banks under the VISA or MasterCard logo are accepted, provided that the card issuer has enabled online payments.
MKOR does not collect or store any banking information related to the buyer’s card. All transactions are securely processed by the authorized online payment service provider. MKOR’s payment processor has the right to access and verify any data generated during the purchase process to investigate potential disputes.
MKOR does not accept cash payments; all services and products are payable exclusively through the methods listed above.
If the client chooses an online payment method, MKOR will debit the amount from the client’s account only after confirming the order.
MKOR is not liable for any additional charges applied to the client by the card issuer, such as currency conversion fees if the card’s currency differs from the invoiced amount.
7. Delivery of Goods and/or Services
Based on the customer’s choice, ordered products will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
