JCI National Conference: Sustainable tourism development in Romania (Thursday, October 5)

The theme of this year’s JCI National Conference will be Sustainable tourism development in Romania, and Corina’s presentation will successfully align with it. MKOR Consulting will speak to the conference attendees about insights from the tourism market.

The data in the presentation is extracted from the study we conducted at the beginning of the summer of 2017, regarding Romanians’ preferences for summer vacations.

Business Days: CEE Entrepreneurship Summit (Wednesday, October 11)

CEE Entrepreneurship Summit is a Business Days event that addresses modern business themes and topics with an impact on the design of high-performing organizations.

In this regard, Corina will give a presentation that examines the Profile of the Leader in Romania through the lens of gender: a presentation of the profile of male leaders and the profile of female leaders.

Is gender a criterion that reveals a different leadership style? The profile includes the values that leaders (women and men) believe in, what characteristics and habits they think a successful manager should have, what the main challenges they face are, and much more.

The data to be presented comes from the qualitative study that MKOR conducted in July-August 2017, on a sample of 650 Romanian leaders. The presentation will offer a new and in-depth perspective on leaders in organizations, whether they are middle, top, or general managers.
